Your four-page newsletter is built around my proven model. Each newsletter will include these powerful, attention-getting building blocks such as:
- Build Instant Rapport With Your Readers: Each newsletter has a section for a brief introductory message from you to build your name recognition and build a relationship. If you don’t want to write it yourself, we’ll include a message from our professional writer.
- Practical Business Advice That Will Get Your Newsletter Shared Throughout the Business: Every month, we’ll include an information-packed resource article that will be useful for your clients. This article is designed to position you as a business partner rather than just the “bookkeeper”.
- Celebrate Your Clients and Demonstrate Your Dedication to Stellar Service: Use the Client of the Month section to give credit to your #1 client (don’t worry, if you don’t have a “client of the month,” we will have a back-up article that will take its spot.)
- Inspirational Quotes: It’s amazing how much people love great quotes. They are repeated in meetings and included in emails. This is a great technique for getting your newsletter read (and shared!)
- Useful and Timely Tax Tips: You’ll position yourself as the Tax and Accounting expert with our well researched and timely tax tips.
- Who doesn’t love a great joke! We’ll include a zinger every month that will put a smile on your reader’s face. The best part is that your clients will have to say that they got their best jokes from their CPA!

“Clients are Now Displaying My Newsletter
In Their Businesses”
Hi Salim,
I have been sending out canned newsletters for years with no or minimal response.
As soon as I started with your “Straight Talk” newsletter, I start getting reactions that I have never experienced before. Clients and staff of my clients would comment on the jokes. But the biggest response was the response to the “Client of the Month.” Clients would call up and ask why they weren’t chosen.
To bring the “Client of the Month” even more visibility, I have my printer blow up and laminate the newsletter highlighting the “Client of the Month”
and present it to my client. The clients are now displaying my newsletter in their businesses. Who knows what business that will stir up.
Thanks

“Keep Up The Good Work and Thanks!”
Dear Salim,
I have been instituting a lot of what you said and its working.
I want to compliment you on the (Done 4 You) print newsletter service. I actually see my clients reading it when they come in to the reception area.
We leave them out for them to read and take more.
Since I am one of the old men of your group (60), I am enjoying tax season more this year for a change…I look at the clients as a customer service thing, not just drudgery and I know it will turn into more revenues and a better bottom line.
Keep up the good work and THANKS.
